AV Technology Award Winner – Project Overview
Award: Residential Project of the Year 2020
Client: Quintain Living (rebranded from Tipi)
Location: Wembley Park, London
Dates: March 2019 – February 2020
Quintain Living is Quintain’s Build to Rent Management Brand. Wembley Park is set to become the largest build-to-rent development site in the UK, with 5,000 homes being delivered by 2024. Quintain Living will manage all of the build-to-rent homes at Wembley Park, offering brand new beautifully designed apartments boasting Samsung appliances, curated furniture collections co-designed with John Lewis & Partners, iconic views and 24-hour services.
Digital Signage and AV work completed by Eclipse Digital for Quintain Living includes:
- 14m2 Outdoor Rooftop Cinema with iPad control and wireless audio system (Alameda)
- Room booking signage (Alameda)
- Building concierge & lift lobby digital signage (Alameda, Ferrum, Montana, Seath, Jackson, Landsby, Alto, Canada Gardens, Dakota)
- Tipi Hub on Olympic Way (street facing 9x high bright video wall, meeting room screens, wireless presentation systems, touch screens)
