It seems it’s a year for winning awards here at Eclipse Digital. We’ve just been awarded two awards at the SME News Southern Enterprise Awards 2020 and we are delighted.
SME News Southern Enterprise Awards focus on recognising and rewarding the hardworking individuals and firms hailing from this dynamic region which boasts the second highest annual turnover in the UK.

The SME News Judges gathered information independently from a variety of publicly accessible sources, which were assessed alongside the nomination material supplied by us. Their team cast their final judgment, based on various criteria including: client dedication, innovation, business growth, longevity, online reputation, customer feedback and business performance. Eclipse Digital Media have the great honour to announce that they have been shortlisted for Retail Project of the Year at the AV Awards 2020.
The AV Awards are to reward global AV talent for best practice taken to the next level, recognising those businesses raising the bar and setting new standards we should all strive to achieve.
The Retail Project category is extremely strong so to have make the final shortlist, is a great achievement for Eclipse Digital Media – a true testament to the hard work and dedication the team bring to each and every project.
Retail Project of the Year Finalist
Bobby Moore Bridge Digital Transformation, Wembley Park, London, UK
The project Eclipse Digital have been shortlisted for in the Retail Project of the Year category is the Bobby Moore Bridge Digital Transformation at Wembley Park, London.
The Bridge has been digitally enhanced with LED screens and lighting system all connected to offer a fully integrated digital walkway to and from Wembley Park. The system includes over 100m2 Absen XD6 LED panels in two high-resolution outdoor LED configurations, fitted to the northern and southern parapets of the bridge. Under the bridge, there are a series of LED lights behind diffuse glass panels to create a ‘dot’ effect, in keeping with the original tile artwork at the site, and finally, low resolution LED strips have been spread out across the ceiling in linear rows.
The AV Awards are planned to take place in November where the winners will be announced.
Quintain Living is Quintain’s Build to Rent Management Brand. Wembley Park is set to become the largest build-to-rent development site in the UK, with 5,000 homes being delivered by 2024. Quintain Living will manage all of the build-to-rent homes at Wembley Park, offering brand new beautifully designed apartments boasting Samsung appliances, curated furniture collections co-designed with John Lewis & Partners, iconic views and 24-hour services.

Well, not really, but he has had his first taste of limelight with Eclipse Digital by providing an ‘Ask The Experts’ feature for the October 2012 edition of Stir It Up Magazine, prepared each month by leading Foodservice Brand, Country Range.
Stir It Up is a magazine created for independent caterers and is distributed to over 20,000 people covering a full spectrum of independent buyers in the catering industry.
Digital Signage and in particular Digital Menu Boards have been hot topics of conversation in the Foodservice sector recently which is why Stir It Up wanted to run and experts feature on the subject to educate their readers and approached Colin Thody to prepare the article.
