Eclipse Digital Media have just arrived back in the UK from a manic few days exhibiting with ONELAN at ISE Amsterdam 2013.
The ISE 2013 exhibition is considered one of the largest in the world for the AV and electronic systems industry and consisted of 895 exhibitors in 12 halls. This year ISE 2013 broke records for its attendance which officially stacked up to a mighty 44,151 people visiting the RAI, Amsterdam.
Eclipse Digital Media partnered with ONELAN at the exhibition to showcase digital menu board solutions using Eclipse Digital Media content powered by ONELAN’s digital media players and Data Collection Engine (DCE) software. The QSR style content we created for the exhibition was used in a multi display landscape setting and the restaurant / pub chain touch screen menu content we created was displayed in portrait below the QSR menu boards and also on a standalone plinth with a 55″ touch screen.
Using ONELAN digital signage media players and their new DCE software, we were able to update all the content on the digital menu boards via an Excel spreadsheet. This spreadsheet was hosted on Dropbox and updated via iPads on the stand through a third party application called CloudOn.
The ONELAN exhibition stand also included some of ONELAN’s new products and future products such their new Enterprise Content Management Systems and multichannel delivery engine Cyclone.
ISE Amsterdam 2013 proved to be an extremely busy affair and we are extremely proud to have worked with ONELAN to showcase digital menu board solutions at the event. It also gave Eclipse Digital the opportunity to meet and share information with a network of international ONELAN resellers.
