AUTOMATED SELF ORDERING SYSTEM
The self service kiosk is specifically designed for use in the retail or fast food industry. It improves and optimises the customers experience, whilst also reducing waiting times and queues. The built in Intel i3 Windows PC and PCAP touch technology contribute to an all-in-solution, with the ability to have upto 10 simultaneous touch points. The kiosk can be securely mounted to a wall from the inside locker, offering an anti-theft flush fit, or alternatively use the optional floor stand for a freestanding solution.
INTEGRATED FEATURES
Alongside the integrated Windows PC, the kiosk also has an integrated QR code scanner and receipt printer. The QR scanner features an LED light to improve reading ability and is used to scan barcodes or QR codes, to promote offers or place orders. The thermal receipt printer can print on standard 80mm width till roll, without the need for ink and can print ordering receipts as well as promotional vouchers. There is also space to integrate a card payment reader, allowing for swift, contactless payments.
EASY MAINTENANCE
Tool-free maintenance is possible via the lockable front access door, allowing components to be swapped out or replaced without deinstalling the entire kiosk. The till roll is located in a separate compartment for convenient replacement without having to open the access door. The touchscreen and scanner are recessed into the enclosure, for a wipe clean surface.
