Delivery across the UK

We deliver digital signage hardware across the United Kingdom, from a single screen to a multi-site rollout. Shipping is worked out per item, so you can see the cost before you pay at checkout.

Stock levels and lead times vary by product. If an item is not held in stock, we confirm the expected dispatch date by email as soon as your order comes through and keep you updated if anything changes.

Large displays, totems and LED

Large displays, LED screens and totems are bulky, so they travel on a pallet or in a crate rather than by parcel courier. Please have someone on site to receive them and check the packaging before you sign.

If you need the screen carried inside, placed on a stand or mounted on a wall, we can install it for you. We cover the UK, and installations are booked in with you once we know what the space needs.

Damaged, faulty or missing on arrival

If the packaging arrives damaged, note it with the driver and photograph it before opening where you can.

Tell us straight away with your order reference and a photo of the problem. Where goods arrive damaged, faulty or not as ordered, we repair or replace them at no cost to you.

Cancelling and returns for consumer orders

If you are buying as a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Email us to tell us you want to cancel, then return the goods within 14 days of that notice.

Goods need to come back unused, unmarked and in their original packaging, with any accessories and manuals. We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you showing us you have returned them, whichever is earlier.

Unless the goods were faulty or not what you ordered, the cost of returning them is yours. If the item is too large to post, we can quote for a pallet collection.

What cannot be returned

Some goods fall outside the 14-day cancellation right, either by law or because they cannot be resold:

  • Bespoke or made-to-order items, and anything cut, built or configured for your site
  • Personalised content, design work and content production
  • Software licences, subscriptions and downloads once they have been issued
  • Goods that have already been installed, or that come back damaged or incomplete

Business orders

If you are buying as a business rather than as a consumer, the statutory 14-day right above does not apply and returns are by agreement with us. Ask us before ordering if you need a return option on a specific item.

Faulty goods and warranty

Everything we supply is covered by its manufacturer's warranty, and technical support is available for the life of the installation.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose within 30 days and receive a full refund. After that we repair or replace them in line with the law. If a fault appears, contact us with your order reference and the details and we will arrange the next step, including collection where that is needed.

How to start a return

  • Email hello@eclipsedigitalmedia.co.uk with your order reference and what you would like to return, or what has gone wrong.
  • We reply with a confirmation and, where it is needed, a returns note and the collection arrangements.
  • Pack the goods in their original packaging and hand them to the courier or send them to the address we give you.
  • We confirm the refund, or send the replacement, as soon as the goods are back with us.
